I think the staff were caring, good humoured and keen to provide a good level of service. I have a negative experience about blood samples and other routine procedures where no feed back is given automatically.

Lara was not only absolutely brilliant in the way she treated our child but also very thorough in explaining the next steps and treatment details to us. She also made us all feel at ease which I thought made our experience with the whole service provided so much better.

Kathryn was very patient with both Miles and myself. She was smiley and we felt welcomed to be there. She was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and was really invested in Miles’ development. We have had a very good experience throughout the whole of Miles’ time with the speech and language team

Waited 2 hours - about 6 people seen in that time. We were not seen and had to leave to collect other children from school. Not a good service apart from Receptionist, Loraine, who was very friendly

more staff, better efficiencies. Use staff from the HUB if the HUB is quiet.

Lady at the reception named Kam is very unfriendly and rude to patients. Come for help but often the way i was treated i feel like leaving this place.

Long wait to be seen by a nurse is not good enough. People waiting for long. If the waiting is this long i suggest you install some sports facilities like table tennis.

yes, table tennis table and pool table would be beneficial for people waiting.
